Report a document you did not expect

Onwyn sends documents for signature on behalf of the companies that use it. If a message from us has reached you and you cannot place it, this is where to say so. You do not need an account, and we do not need the document.

If you were not expecting it

• Do not sign it. Nothing happens to a document until someone opens the link and signs, and you are never obliged to.
• You can ignore it. Every link we send stops working after a while on its own.
• If you know the company named in the message, ask them. Use a phone number or an address you already had — not one printed in the message you are unsure about.
• If you do not know them, tell us below. A company that sends documents to people who never asked for them does not stay on Onwyn.

Tell us about it

We record what you write here and, if you paste a link, a fingerprint of it — never anything that could be used to open a document. We do not record your address unless you type one above.
